1. We process a 100% refund of the amount originally received within 7 days of the purchase or payment.

2. If we do not receive a response from you via email/call/WhatsApp within seven days, the service will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

3. If a dispute arises between the client and a third party, it will be considered an individual dispute between them, and Chemgentia will not be liable for it.

4. If any government authority imposes a levy or penalty for any reason, you shall bear all such penalties, and Chemgentia shall not be held responsible for any such action or imposition by the government authorities.

How to Claim Your Refund?

1. Please raise a concern via email, our team will get in touch with you to issue a refund.

2. We will refund you to the original mode from which we received the payment and please note that under no circumstances will the refund be issued to any third party.

Your Satisfaction Comes First : While it is not necessary for you to explain why you want a refund, we would appreciate it if you could let us know. This will help us understand where we failed to serve you.

Dispute Settlement : In the event of a dispute between the parties, the Noida/New Delhi court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
